Introduction to Employers

We believe in the importance of integrating both 'on and off the job’ Training.

At Oracle Training Consultants we truly believe that in order for our programmes to be as successful as they can be, we need to work closely with our Salons and other employers to achieve optimum results.

We are constantly evaluating and upgrading our programmes and look to both Learner and Salons for feedback and constructive criticism, so that we can maintain quality and continually improve our provision.

In our 2006 Programmes report and from the evaluations filled in by Employers, we know that 90% of Employers were satisfied with the service given by Oracle.

We have improved our satisfaction percentage by one percent from 2005 and will still strive for improvement in 2007 and will need your help to do it.
