Introduction to Employers

We believe in the importance of integrating both 'on and off the job’ Training.

At Oracle Training Consultants we truly believe that in order for our programmes to be as successful as possible, we need to work closely with our Salons and other employers to achieve optimum results.

We are constantly evaluating and upgrading our programmes and look to both Learner and Salons for feedback and constructive criticism, so that we can maintain quality and continually improve our provision.

Employer’s perception of service given by Oracle

In our 2010/11 Programmes report and from the evaluations filled in by Employers, we know that 80% of Employers were satisfied with the service given by Oracle. We have this year introduced our 'support our employers' campaign and hope to improve our employer satisfaction percentage to 90% in 2011/12.
