Health & Safety

Health & Safety of our Young People is a priority to us as a company and we are sure that you will feel the same. Before any Learner is placed with you, your Salon will be Health & Safety Vetted to ensure that the environment is safe. By law all salons must display a Health & Safety at Work Poster .If you employ more than 5 staff you must have a written policy and risk assessment. Our staff will be on hand to help you with contacts if needed.

Complaints Procedure

Should there be any complaint about the quality of our service at Oracle Training Consultants, then the management ask that you should follow this procedure:

Firstly, try and deal with it yourself, as diplomatically as possible, with the person concerned. If you are unable to do that, or are dissatisfied with the response you have received, then please speak to the individual’s manager or Tutor.

If the discussion with the manager is still unsatisfactory, you would then be asked to take your complaint to one of the Directors.

As a Company, committed to Excellence we have policies available in centre covering our commitment within certain areas. Copies of the policies are available on request.
