As a new salon, your will be given a liaison support contact who will arrange for possible applicants to attend your salon for interview or trial day.
Once you have employed an Oracle Learner, for the initial eight weeks your liaison contact will continue to support you phoning at week 2, 4 and 8 to ensure your learner is settling into programme and that you have no problems.
Also the learners trainer/assessor will be in contact with you. They will be the person who is responsible for your learner’s progression and will visit the salon and have direct contact you through our 12 week review system. Learners are also encouraged to ring and book our assessors to come out and assess in the salon.
Linda is in charge of absence reporting, if you have any issues with learner absences that Linda is the lady to speak to.

Every 12 weeks we are contractually obligated to have a formal review with our Employers about the progress of their Learner(s). One of our Trainer/Assessors will visit your Salon and an appointment will be arranged to see you at the relevant times. We do realise how busy you are and appreciate you sparing the time to see us.
The views of our Employers are very important to us. So much so, that every year we send out a questionnaire to gain your comments. This questionnaire is vital if we are to evaluate our service and improve things. Again your time is appreciated.
We hold Employer Forum Meetings twice a year. It gives us the opportunity to meet socially with our Employers to discuss issues and get views and comments which are relevant to the way we structure our programmes.
