Students take part in Halloween competition

Three groups at our Rotherham centre took part in a Halloween competition, they were asked to design a look based on the Halloween theme.

Some students chose to work on models and other chose to work on blocks. All groups are doing an hairdressing qualification and were asked to focus more on the hair aspect then the overall look, they created mood boards before creating their look.

The three groups that took part were:
Teresa Stacey’s Y10 Maltby School Group
Jayne Street’s Y11 Wales School Group
Teresa Stacey’s Level 2 Apprenticeship Group.

The school groups were not judged however the apprenticeship group was judged in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place:
1st was Chelsie bell & Melissa Machin
2nd was Jodie Page & Gemma Hollis
3rd was Kate Hudson, Natalie Vernon & Emma Smalley
