We Are Oracle Training Consultants
The journey began in 1999 above a supermarket in Doncaster’s busy market place, with only 4 staff and 18 learners, the Director; Diane Logan wanted to create a training organisation that was passionate about the Hair and Beauty Industry and high quality training, but also passionate about its learners! Twenty Five years later they offer places annually to over 250 applicants for Full Time Training, Apprenticeships and Advanced Learner Loan provision, which may be in Hairdressing, Barbering, Beauty, Nails and Make-Up. We have two state of the art training centres in Rotherham and Doncaster and are supported by over 150 local Employers who offer to support our young people through giving work experience or by employing our Apprentices.

• Identify the most appropriate learning pathway for those wanting to enter the Hair and Beauty Industry.
• Achieve the highest learner success rate of achievements within the Industry.
• Promote positive progression through a variety of strong Partnership links.
• Support wider partners to promote British Values through IAG programmes.
• Keep our learners and staff safe and commit to our Prevent Duty; pursuing those who do not and therefore put our society at risk through acts of terror
• Respect our Fundamental British Values
• Continuously improve Standards of Attainment, Service and Quality of Training.
• Increase the number of Employers involved in training in South Yorkshire

Inspiring and continuously motivating young minds is a difficult job, but someone has to do it! At Oracle we work with local employers who understand the potential of our learners and are willing to provide them with valuable work. They further develop the right pathway for them which could be anything from hairdressing to make-up. The journey of a learner is not always easy, it takes hard work and dedication and we are there every step of the way to offer the support and guidance needed to get through the process and enjoy their training.
Quality Assurance
Oracle is government funded through the ESFA for our provision. As a funded organisation we are quality assured through the Education Inspection Framework: Ofsted.
