Traineeships are the gateway to employment and many of our young people start on Traineeships before progressing onto Apprenticeship programmes. Traineeship programmes give you the ‘foot in the door’ of a Salon therefore allowing you to show the salon that you have what it takes to become their Apprentice. Traineeships can last from as little as three months up to six months which gives you the time you may need to develop the skills our employers are looking for. Your progress is reviewed every six weeks allowing you to progress at any point. It is also a great way to give the industry a trial and see if it really is the career for you.
